Why i love to dance
Through dance children can develop greater body control, co-ordination, balance and spatial awareness.
The movements seem to be telling a story of their life and also their emotional. You never know how much you may love it.
Why do people dance?
Why do we dance? Well, you don't need to ask me! There must be something glorious about dancing that is more than just intangible; it must be almost imperceptible. Every answer will be different, and that is as it should be. We dance for emotional stability, and other such pluses. The following 5 are just a few of my favourite reasons for loving dance. Why do we dance
I have always had a passion for dance, gymnastics and figure skating. There are the obvious answers. I have been fortunate enough to make many friends through both City Academy and other classes - meeting these new and interesting people has really enriched my social life. So overjoyed was I to watch him perform again at the Summer Olympics closing ceremony that I danced along in front of the TV set. When I dance I don't change into someone else, I just turn into a different form of myself, the purest me there is. I have been dancing for 16 years now, and I feel that I have learned so much through this incredible art form. We Can Literally Feel A Dancer's Movement Since movement is essential for survival, our brains are highly stimulated by watching people dance—their motions, body language, facial expressions and gestures pull us in. Dancing is fun and helps us keep fit. Perhaps dance is the way we express ourselves when words are insufficient. Be warned: you may end up wanting to dance yourself! With a healthy mind and body, nothing is impossible on the dance floor. It teaches you to never lose that hope, and that if you work at it hard enough, it will definitely pay off. A win-win situation for all. I dance because it makes me happy, and when I hear from people who feel inspired or encouraged to pursue their goals in life you get a great sense of achievement.
I do not work from a deficit-based understanding of my body. I love to dance,doesnt matter where.
